SHIPPING
All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) from date of purchase.
UNITED KINGDOM
Shipping costs is £2,90 using Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
These can take 3-5 working days to arrive.
Once your order has been dispatched please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived.
EUROPE
EUROPEAN TRACKED DELIVERY : from £12.00 - Delivered by the Royal Mail in 5 working days and will require a signature. This service is tracked within the UK only. Please note that local import duty and taxes may apply at the receiving end- these are not included in the price of the order and are the customer's cost and responsibility.
EU Customers, Taxes and Duties
Please note that customers shopping from the EU, following the UK's exit from the European Union, will now be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
If you refuse your parcel due to these charges and it is returned back to us, a restock fee of £15 will be deducted from your refund.
We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company.
RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns within 28 days on all items as long as the goods are in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging.

You will be refunded the full amount of your order minus any P&P charges.
Return postage must be paid by the customer.
Products must be unused, returned in their original packaging and fit for re sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order if your item has been delivered in a faulty state, with photos/videos of the fault at hello@mamiko.co.uk. Unfortunately we are unable to proceed with a claim if photographic/video evidence is not received. Queries placed outside of this timeframe may not qualify for a refund. If we do receive notification within this time frame, we will process an exchange for any faulty item received and if we have no replacement stock, you will receive a full refund.
SALE ITEMS
Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and we will offer a credit note to the same value instead.
